If you have not already done so, now is the time to list MDUSD Education Foundation as the recipient of your company’s Matching Gift program.  Unfortunately, MDUSD Education Foundation cannot make the request on your behalf – the process needs to be initiated by you. • Complete and submit the paper match form provided by your employer

• Provide your information through your company’s electronic submission process

• Contact your HR department

• Search for “matching gifts” on your company intranet.
